Reiki

Rei, meaning "Higher Power," and Ki, meaning "Life Force," combine to create Reiki. Reiki is a practice that involves channeling life force energy into the body, serving as a spiritual healing technique aimed at helping the body find balance.

Reiki is rooted in the belief that everything possesses energy. This universal energy is present in everything, including both you and me. When we are born, we are naturally connected to this universal energy. However, as time passes, changes occur, and this energy tends to decrease. During a Reiki session, individuals are reconnected to this pure energy source. Reiki has been associated with numerous reported benefits. It can be safely used during pregnancy to alleviate nausea, relieve discomfort, and combat exhaustion. It also proves beneficial, helping adapt to the changes that occur before, during and after labor.
